"Eco-Friendly PVC Materials: Introducing Our Green Raw Material Traceability System"

Green Smart Manufacturing, Starting from the Source - Unveiling the Raw Material Traceability System for Our Eco-Friendly PVC Materials

With sustainable development becoming a global consensus, environmental protection has become a crucial criterion for material quality. As a widely used polymer material, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) holds a key position in fields such as wire and cable, building materials, and medical devices due to its excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and cost advantages. However, the traditional PVC production process can involve harmful additives, deplete non-renewable resources, and pollute the environment, sparking widespread public concern about the material's environmental friendliness. To this end, we consistently adhere to the "Green Manufacturing" philosophy and are committed to creating truly environmentally friendly PVC materials. This begins with strict raw material quality control and fully traceable supply chain management.

The core reason our eco-friendly PVC is even more environmentally friendly is that we control raw material quality from the source and establish a transparent and traceable raw material traceability system. The PVC resin we use is sourced from suppliers with international environmental certifications. All raw materials have comprehensive Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and RoHS compliance certifications, ensuring the absence of heavy metal stabilizers such as lead, cadmium, and mercury, and eliminating the use of Class I carcinogens, fundamentally ensuring the safety and environmental friendliness of the materials. In terms of raw material selection, we prioritize PVC resin produced using the ethylene process over the traditional calcium carbide process. The ethylene process uses petroleum or natural gas as its starting raw material, resulting in lower energy consumption and carbon emissions. It also avoids the production of large amounts of waste residue and highly polluting wastewater, significantly reducing the burden on the ecological environment. In contrast, the calcium carbide process relies on energy-intensive calcium carbide production, which is accompanied by significant carbon dioxide and dust emissions. We insist on using resins sourced from clean processes, demonstrating our commitment to a low-carbon future.

Furthermore, we are equally rigorous in the selection of functional additives such as plasticizers and stabilizers. We abandon traditional plasticizers with potential health risks, such as orthophthalates (DEHP and DBP), and exclusively utilize environmentally friendly non-orthophthalic plasticizers such as DINCH and TOTM. These materials not only have low migration and strong durability, but have also passed multiple biodegradation and ecotoxicity tests, making them more environmentally friendly to humans and the aquatic environment. For stabilizers, we use calcium-zinc complex stabilizers instead of lead salts or organotin, achieving a heavy metal-free formula and ensuring that no harmful substances are released throughout the product's lifecycle.

To ensure the authenticity of our environmental commitments for every batch of materials, we have established a comprehensive raw material traceability system. From supplier access assessments to the filing of quality inspection reports, certificates of origin, and environmental compliance documents for each incoming batch of raw materials, all the way to batch tracking and finished product testing during production, all information is logged into a digital management system, implementing a "one material, one code" traceability mechanism. Customers can access the complete "birth history" of their PVC materials through a dedicated QR code or platform, including information on raw material origin, production processes, and testing data, ensuring true transparency and visibility.

In addition, we actively promote the concept of recycling. While ensuring performance, some product lines have incorporated certified recycled PVC raw materials. These recycled materials are sourced from industrial scraps or compliant recycling channels, undergo rigorous sorting and purification, and meet food contact safety standards, significantly reducing resource waste and our carbon footprint.

We firmly believe that environmental protection is not just a slogan; it is action that permeates every detail. From raw material source selection to traceable supply chain management, to the development and innovation of green formulas, our PVC materials ensure high performance while truly protecting both the environment and health. Choosing our environmentally friendly PVC is not only choosing a material, but also choosing a responsible future.
